The renovation of old roofs requires effective and long-lasting solutions. With TECNOPOL's continuous systems, excellent results are achieved without the need to tear off the previous floor. In addition, the nature of the systems makes it possible to avoid the distortions that are specific to this type of roof, which are almost never very smooth.


For roof renovation, prior preparation is required:
surface cleaning, sealing and protection of overlapping areas and connections. Depending on the system used, a membrane of the DESMOPOL or TECNOCOAT family will be used.

TECNOFOAM is a material that has a very low conductivity, therefore the most insulating and allows the lowest energy demand to the future inhabitants of the building.

We have systems to insulate roofs, both on the inside and outside. TECNOFOAM foams can be used to fill vaults, hourdis, beams, tubes, etc. TECNOFOAM is protected with the TECNOCOAT P-2049 LV waterproof membrane or with the TECNOTOP 2C aliphatic polyurethane resin, depending on the desired waterproofing constraints.

TECNOFOAM in its high-density versions offers high compressive strength, a feature that makes it ideal for insulating floors intended for pedestrian or road transit.

The thermal insulation of pipes and ducts has a dual function, on the one hand it reduces cold / hot energy losses and, on the other hand, protects and guarantees the safety of persons who may come into contact with the pipe or piping. The result is greater energy savings and improved production procedures.
TECNOFOAM's extensive range is designed to provide adequate thermal conductivity for each application. TECNOFOAM injection products have a CE marking in accordance with EN 14318.

TECNOFOAM offers a high thermal insulation (0.030 W/m*K), allowing a more stable temperature to be maintained inside the tank.
